GET
Get Earnings Data
Reported earnings for one stock, actuals against estimates. Each entry carries report_period, fiscal_period, filing_date, filing_url and accession_number, a quarterly block with revenue, estimated_revenue, revenue_surprise and revenue_surprise_pct, the same trio for earnings_per_share, plus year-over-year change fields. It also returns signals: upstream-computed flags such as EPS_BEAT with a headline and the actual / estimate / surprise_pct behind it. ticker is required and it is the only parameter. Use it for what a company actually reported. For forward-looking consensus that has not happened yet use get_financial_analyst_estimates.

Example

First time? Point any MCP client at https://mcp.aisa.one/mcp — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code and the rest. Authorization is OAuth: the client opens a browser, you click Allow once, and there is no key to paste. Your agent then reaches every endpoint through five tools: search, list_categories and get_details are free, use and batch_use are billed per call. Setup per client is in Connect via MCP; the live tool list and what each call costs are on aisa.one/mcp.

Cost and request rules

Published reference price: $0.02 USD per successful request. Account-specific pricing and final settlement may differ. Published reference values are not an account-specific quote or a settled charge. For endpoints supporting X-AISA-Cost-Mode: quote, obtain a free quote for your exact request before execution; reconcile the settled cost with response metadata and Usage Logs. USD amounts use 1,000,000 integer micro-USD per dollar.
  • Default request reference estimate (USD): 0.02
  • Cost contract: fixed_success
  • Published reference multiplier: 1.0
  • Settlement evidence source: request_snapshot

Authorizations

Authorization
string
header
required

Bearer authentication header of the form Bearer <token>, where <token> is your auth token.

Query Parameters

cursor
string

Opaque pagination cursor from a previous response's next_page_url. When provided, all other query parameters are ignored: the cursor carries the original request's filters. Treat it as opaque; do not construct or modify it.

limit
integer
default:1

Number of most-recent report periods worth of filings to return, sorted by (report_period DESC, filing_date ASC). The number of entries returned may exceed limit when a recent period has both an 8-K and a 10-Q / 10-K. Values above 40 are clamped to 40. Non-positive or non-integer values return 400. This is the total across all pages, not a page size: each page holds up to 10 records, linked by next_page_url.

Required range: 1 <= x <= 40
ticker
string
required

The ticker symbol (e.g. AAPL).

Response

Earnings response

earnings
object[]

Flat list of SEC filings for the ticker, sorted by (report_period DESC, filing_date ASC). When limit=N, up to N report_periods worth of filings are returned; entry count may exceed N when a recent period has both an 8-K and a 10-Q/10-K.

next_page_url
string

Absolute URL of the next page of results. Present only when more results remain; request it as-is to continue. Each page holds up to 10 records.
